• Strong experience with Python (Lead level): REST APIs, data pipelines, asynchronous programming, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with React (Mid level): Capable of maintaining and extending existing UIs.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and data modeling for flexible schemas.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
• Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.

Will be a plus:

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions.
• Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript/text-based data analysis.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools.

Soft Skills:

• Proven experience as a technical team lead: mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, driving architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interface directly with stakeholders and guide the team toward delivery.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
