JOB DESCRIPTION: The CP&A Investment Optimization team is a newly established enterprise finance capability focused on strengthening how Broadridge evaluates, tracks, and enables investments across the organization. The team partners closely with the CFO organization, Corporate Development, Technology, and Business Unit Finance to provide transparency into enterprise investment spend, expected returns, and facilitate strategic decisions. Your role as Lead or Senior Financial Analyst – Investment Optimization The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the CP&A Investment Optimization team, responsible for ensuring that approved investment decisions are operationalized in Finance systems and accurately reflected in financial reporting and tracking. The role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of enterprise investment data and enabling reliable visibility into investment spend and outcomes. This role partners with CP&A leadership, Business Unit FP&A, Corporate Functions Finance, and Accounting to translate investment decisions into system-based financial reality. Success requires strong financial systems acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, build-phase environment. The role offers a unique opportunity to help establish a new enterprise finance capability from the ground up while gaining broad exposure to strategic investment decision-making at Broadridge. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and validate the core enterprise investment dataset, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness across planning, reporting, and financial systems Operationalize approved investment decisions by: Creating and maintaining investment IDs / project codes for tracking Loading approved funding into financial systems Ensuring appropriate expense and capitalization treatment in partnership with Accounting Reconcile investment data across systems to support consistent reporting and portfolio visibility Enable tracking of investment spend and outcomes versus approved business cases and expectations Prepare standardized reporting and dashboards to support portfolio reviews and leadership discussions Support ad hoc strategic and investment decision analysis, including data preparation, modeling support, and scenario analysis Partner with Business Unit FP&A and Corporate Functions Finance to align investment data, reporting, and tracking standards Identify data issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve investment tracking, reporting efficiency, and control Support continuous improvement of investment-related financial processes, documentation, and analytical tools QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 4–7 years of prior experience in FP&A, financial operations, or a related finance role Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting structures, and data reconciliation Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Oracle Analytics, TM1, or similar systems) preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess whether financial data “makes sense” Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a role with evolving processes Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and strengthen controls We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
