Drives the execution of offshore engineering projects, leading design and modelling teams with full accountability for engineering performance. Ensures technical alignment with project goals and delivery timelines. Serves as the primary engineering authority within assigned projects and owns engineering performance outcomes.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Collaboration - Leads engineering teams to ensure alignment with project scope and delivery targets. Develop team capabilities through direct feedback and technical coaching.

Design Oversight - Owns design execution and performance, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project objectives. Leads critical design reviews and validates technical decisions.

Project Coordination - Directs engineering activities to meet project plans and milestones. Leads coordination with modelling, prefab, and PEMs to ensure integrated delivery.

Quality & Compliance - Owns the quality and compliance of engineering outputs. Is compliant with quality standards and requirements and is responsible for technical audits and enforcing documentation standards in the projects under its lead.

Stakeholder Communication - Serves as the engineering lead for all project stakeholders. Delivers authoritative technical updates and escalates risks to PMO and clients.

Strategic & Operational Excellence - Responsible and owner of project engineering performance, tracks, monitor, supervise, and report project performance and engineering KPIs. Supports the adoption of engineering best practices within assigned projects.

Business Development & Risk Management - Proactively identify and escalate engineering risks. Leads mitigation planning and informs technical decision-making.
