Job Title: Lead Engineer (7+ Years Exp in AI solution delivery and infrastructure management)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and technically adept leader to drive AI solution delivery and infrastructure management across IAP programs. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic execution, ensuring AI initiatives move from concept to deployment seamlessly. You will enable rapid adoption of AI technologies, manage infrastructure for scalability, and foster innovation through partnerships—bridging business needs with technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver AI solutions by acting as the technical expert, creating prototypes, models, and proof-of-concepts for real-world adoption.
• Manage AI infrastructure, software tools, and credits to ensure smooth, scalable execution of projects.
• Share AI insights and technology trends with product teams to shape backlog priorities and accelerate delivery.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities by collaborating with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Vehicle Engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable pathways, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
• Collaborate with legal, purchasing, and meta-functions to support project kick-off and compliance.
• Build partnerships with universities, startups, and industry experts to inject external innovation into delivery pipelines.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
