Senior Strategist – Strategy Lead

Location - DLF City ll, Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Strategist to lead a high-impact strategy pod focused on winning new business through extraordinary thinking. This role is deeply client-facing and partners closely with the sales team to convert inbound and proactive leads through sharp cultural insight, platform intelligence, and influencer-led strategy.

This is not an execution role. Once a campaign is won, delivery is handled by a separate team.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end pitch and conversion strategy for inbound and proactive sales leads.
- Lead client pitch meetings, think on your feet, handle objections, and build senior stakeholder confidence.
- Define the core strategic idea, brand POV, and influencer-led narrative tailored to each prospect.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to shape pitch approach, deal positioning, and strategic framing.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Evaluate platform and culture trends for relevance, longevity, and brand fit.
- Guide and sharpen the thinking of junior strategists within the pod.
- Drive proactive pitch frameworks for new-age brands (AI, SaaS, creator-first companies).
- Analyse win/loss outcomes to continuously improve pitch conversion effectiveness.

What You Bring

- 6–10 years of experience in brand strategy, social/influencer strategy, or digital planning.
- Robust client-facing presence with the ability to confidently present and defend ideas.
- Deep understanding of platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) and internet culture.
- Proven experience working on pitches and sales-led strategy.
- Ability to balance bold, culture-forward ideas with brand credibility and risk judgment.
