Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Developer with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and unstructured data ingestion. This role requires solid core programming skills, low-level design knowledge, and a strong understanding of application architecture.

Mandatory Skills:

• Python knowledge
• Understanding of Gen AI (understanding of System Prompt, User Prompt, RAG, unstructured data ingestions)
• Hands-on programming and Core concepts (Core programming skills, 100% hands-on, knowledge of Low-level designs and broader understanding of application)
• Mandated to leverage Cursor AI or GitHub Co-Pilot
• Gen AI knowledge, Python, React JS, Ci/CD, Docker, Database knowledge
