You will be responsible for conducting legal research on various matters related to corporate dispute resolutions, white-collar crimes, securities law, competition law, etc. Additionally, you will assist in finding relevant judgments and legal provisions for ongoing matters. You will also be involved in drafting legal documents such as legal notices, contracts and agreements, petitions and applications, and legal opinions and memos. Organizing supporting documents, evidence, and references required for hearings will be part of your responsibilities. Tracking recent legal developments, amendments, and landmark judgments and preparing legal updates or newsletters for the team are also key tasks.

Qualifications Required:
- Available for full-time (in-office) internship
- Can start the internship between 11th Mar'26 and 15th Apr'26
- Available for a duration of 1 month
- Relevant skills and interests in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Legal Writing
