L2 - Job Description Job Title: L2 Engineer Laptop Technician Company: GNG Electronics Pvt Ltd Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Description: Should be good at Hardware of the Laptops. Checking computers/Laptops hardware (HDD, RAM, Camera, Mouse, Keyboards, etc) to ensure functionality. Fix LCD & removing spots from LCD. Setup hardware and install and configure software and drivers Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality. Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components. Requirements: Strong troubleshooting skills Proficiency in laptop components Minimum 6 months of laptop repair experience required.
