Key Responsibilities·
  • Manage land acquisition and verify ownership, ensuring legal compliance.·
  • Oversee mutation (Intiqal) and registry processes.·
  • Visit relevant government departments to obtain land records, and other required property documents.·
  • Coordinate with Patwari, Tehsildar, Sub-Registrar, and other authorities.· P
  • erform land measurement, demarcation, and area conversions accurately.·
  • Prepare land status, compliance, and feasibility reports for management.·
  • Handle all legal documentation related to land transactions and disputes.·
  • Maintain comprehensive manual and digital land records.·
  • Prepare plot sale agreements using approved contract templates by updating client and property details.·
  • Print, organize, and maintain proper records of agreements and related documentation.·
  • Verify client particulars and property details before finalizing agreements.·
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure accurate information is reflected in the agreements.·
  • Maintain a filing system (physical and digital) for contracts and property documentation.·
  • Assist in ensuring that all agreements are properly signed and archived.

  • Qualification & Experience Required·
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.·
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.·
  • Prior experience in real estate documentation, contract preparation, or administrative roles will be preferred.·
  • Familiarity with property documentation and land record procedures (Fard, registry, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
