Role:
As a Labour Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for blue and grey collar job positions within the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and recruit qualified candidates to fill open positions.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to attract top talent
