Role Summary

We’re hiring our first partnerships person in Surat to onboard labs as DrGuru.ai partners.

Your job: build relationships with lab owners, explain benefits clearly, and close pilot partnerships.

What You’ll Do (Daily)

• Identify & contact lab owners (WhatsApp, calls, in-person visits)
• Explain DrGuru.ai’s value in business language (retention, repeat tests, premium branding)
• Offer a 30-day pilot and onboard labs with our templates
• Coordinate with lab staff for WhatsApp message setup + QR/guide placement
• Follow up weekly and track progress (simple sheet/CRM)

What Makes You Perfect for This

• You are confident talking to business owners (lab owners, managers)
• You understand Surat business culture and can speak Gujarati + Hindi (English is a plus)
• You can handle rejection and follow-ups without hesitation
• You’re organized: keep records of calls, visits, decisions
• Experience in pathology/diagnostics/pharma/medical sales is a plus (not mandatory)

Performance Metrics (Very Clear)

• Labs contacted per week
• Pilot demos scheduled
• Labs onboarded
• Labs actively using (WhatsApp template running)
