Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Voice process
Location: Mumbai ( Candidates only from Mumbai location will be considered)
Joining : Immediate Joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls regardinqueries, issues, and service requests.

  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions within defined timelines.

  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Elibility Critera:

Qualification: Any Graduates/ Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of experience
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred; freshers with strong communication may apply.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.
