  • Monitor customer transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activities related to money laundering or fraud.
  • Review alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems and conduct investigations.
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD/EDD (Customer Due Diligence / Enhanced Due Diligence) checks.
  • Analyze customer profiles, transaction patterns, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and document investigation findings and maintain proper audit trails.
  • Escalate suspicious cases and assist in preparing SAR/STR (Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic KYC reviews and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and fraud teams for case resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and transaction information.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of AML regulations, KYC processes, and financial crime compliance.
  • Experience with transaction monitoring systems and case management tools.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify unusual transaction patterns.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 0–3 years experience in AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, or financial crime compliance.
  • Knowledge of global regulations such as FATF, OFAC, and AML guidelines.
  • Certifications like CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ICA AML are a plus.

    Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

    Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
