**Job Title**: Keyboard and Guitar Master

• *Key Responsibilities:Performance and Composition**:

- Play keyboard and guitar at an advanced level for live performances, studio recordings, or rehearsals.
- Compose, arrange, and produce original music or adapt existing pieces for diverse settings.
- Collaborate with other musicians, bands, or production teams to create seamless musical pieces.
- Experiment with various styles, techniques, and sounds to bring creativity to performances.

• *Teaching and Mentorship**:

- Provide lessons to individuals or groups, covering music theory, techniques, and performance skills for both instruments.
- Develop tailored lesson plans for students at different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their musical goals and foster a love for music.

• *Music Direction and Collaboration**:

- Lead or participate in band rehearsals, ensuring alignment on musical arrangements.
- Offer creative input in musical projects, productions, or shows.
- Stay updated on music trends, technologies, and techniques to innovate and enhance performance quality.

• *Instrument Maintenance and Technical Proficiency**:

- Maintain and tune instruments to ensure optimal sound quality.
- Operate and manage associated equipment, such as amplifiers, MIDI controllers, and synthesizers.
- Use music production software (e.g., DAWs like Logic Pro, Ableton, or Pro Tools) to create or enhance compositions.

• *Qualifications**:

- Advanced proficiency in both keyboard and guitar across multiple genres (e.g., classical, jazz, rock, pop).
- Solid understanding of music theory, harmony, and composition techniques.
- Experience in live performance, studio recording, and/or teaching.
- Proficiency in music production tools and sound equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and teaching.
