As the Team Leader Key Account Manager (TL KAM) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and enhance relationships with recruitment partners. You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will involve leading a team, ensuring timely follow-ups on applications and offer letters, and maintaining strong engagement with both active and inactive partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner & Stakeholder Communication
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Recruitment Partners, Field Sales Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, and students as needed.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related concerns.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.

- CRM & Documentation Management
- Accurately update and track all communications received through centralized email accounts within the internal CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, application status, and university updates.
- Coordinate and communicate relevant updates with universities and internal teams.

- Application & Offer Letter Management
- Proactively follow up on submitted student applications for timely processing.
- Liaise with recruitment partners to resolve pending documentation or application-related issues.
- Actively pursue offer letters from recruitment partners and universities to ensure a quick turnaround time.
- Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) and ensure team adherence to service standards.

- Partner Engagement & Retention
- Provide consistent operational and relationship support to recruitment partners.
- Strengthen business relationships to foster repeat and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and reactivate inactive partners through structured follow-ups and engagement strategies.

- Partner Onboarding & Training
- Lead partner onboarding sessions and facilitate their seamless integration into company processes.
- Provide comprehensive training on company products, application processes, CRM usage, and compliance requirements.
- Keep partners informed about updates, policies, and new offerings.

- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor the Key Account Manager team to achieve operational and relationship targets.
- Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including application conversion rates, offer letter turnaround time, partner activation, and CRM accuracy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process compliance.

- Conversion & Revenue Impact
- Regular COL review
- Collaborate with partners to meet offer conditions
- Drive offer-to-deposit conversion
- Achieve 75% COL to UCOL conversion (from total COL base) resulting in deposits
- Convert 80% of UCOs into deposits
