Position: Key Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

Locations: Raipur | Bilaspur | Bhilai

About the Role

The Local Street is expanding its food partnerships portfolio across Chhattisgarh. We are looking for experienced professionals who understand the local restaurant ecosystem and have strong working relationships with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and food brands in their city.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and growing our restaurant partner network in their assigned city.

Requirement:

Candidates with prior experience managing restaurant partnerships or working closely with the food delivery / restaurant aggregation ecosystem will be preferred. Strong existing relationships with restaurant owners in the city are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and manage restaurant and café partners in the city
  • Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and key decision makers
  • Drive growth and engagement of food partners on the platform
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve partner performance
  • Act as the city lead for the food category

  • Eligibility
  • Prior experience in restaurant partnerships / food delivery ecosystem preferred
  • Strong existing network with restaurants, cafés, and food businesses in the city
  • Experience in account management, onboarding, or partner relations
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage city-level operations
