Key Responsibilities
  • Engage a portfolio of restaurant clients to help them maximize the value of LimeTray’s products
  • Act as a consultant to key accounts, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Manage renewals proactively by maintaining relationships and planning ahead
  • Upsell additional products and services to drive incremental revenue
  • Serve as the main point of contact for large accounts, ensuring trust and satisfaction
  • Monitor key portfolio metrics like revenue, product adoption, and churn
  • Create client success stories that support marketing and sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the product team to implement strategies for greater regional adoption
