Core Responsibilities1. Amazon Advertising & Profitability (AMS)
  • Campaign Management: Full ownership of Amazon Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Budget Optimization: Effectively handle the allocated monthly advertising budget, ensuring zero wastage and strategic scaling.
  • ROAS & Efficiency: Drive higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by optimizing keyword bidding, negative targeting, and placement multipliers.
  • Brand Profitability: Balance the "ACOS vs. TACOS" equation to ensure marketplace sales remain profitable after all platform fees and marketing costs.

  • 2. Full-Funnel Performance Marketing (Meta & Google)
  • Meta Ads: Execute conversion-focused campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive high-quality traffic to the NK Herbal DTC website.
  • Google Ads: Manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
  • Retargeting: Implement robust retargeting funnels to convert website visitors into loyal customers and increase Life Time Value (LTV).

  • 3. Marketplace Operations (Tata1mg & Healthmug)
  • Account Health: Maintain a "Gold Standard" account health score and ensure 100% compliance with platform-specific healthcare regulations.
  • Cataloging: Oversee listing, SEO optimization, and A+ content to rank for high-intent Ayurvedic and wellness keywords.
  • Platform Relations: Coordinate with Category Managers at Tata1mg and Healthmug for organic visibility, lightning deals, and seasonal health event participation.

  • 4. Data, Analytics & Inventory
  • Reporting: Create weekly "Performance Dashboards" tracking spend, revenue, and contribution margin across all channels.
  • Inventory Planning: Coordinate with the production team to ensure high-velocity SKUs are always in stock, especially during high-spend ad periods.
  • Reconciliation: Monitor marketplace payments and returns to ensure financial accuracy and minimize leakages.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Amazon Expert: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Performance Stack: Proven track record in managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads specifically for E-commerce brands.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Merchant Center.
  • Mathematical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel to calculate CAC, LTV, and Net Margins.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nutraceutical/Ayurvedic category and its specific advertising constraints.
