About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our small web design studio and help create modern websites for businesses across a range of industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, has built a few websites (personal projects, freelance work, or coursework), and wants to continue developing their skills while working on real client projects.

You don’t need agency experience — we care more about your eye for design and the work you’ve already created.

What You'll Do

• Design and build modern websites for small and medium businesses
• Assist with website layouts, sections, and page design
• Update content, images, and layouts on existing sites
• Collaborate with our team on design ideas and improvements
• Help ensure websites look great on desktop and mobile

Tools We Commonly Use

Experience with any of these is helpful, but not required.

• Webflow
• Figma
• WordPress
• Canva
• Basic HTML/CSS (optional)

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for web design
• Has built at least a few websites or design projects
• Enjoys creating clean, modern layouts
• Pays attention to detail
• Is eager to learn and improve

Nice To Have

• Webflow experience
• UI/UX design experience
• Experience building websites for businesses or clients
