Overview of Job

As a Junior Web Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and developers to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites. Your role will involve designing website layouts, graphics, and interfaces that enhance user experience and align with our brand identity.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Website Design: Create and maintain website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces in line with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate: Work closely with senior designers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• UI/UX Design: Focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs that provide a seamless user experience across devices.
• Graphic Design: Design graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements for websites and digital platforms.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our websites remain modern and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in web design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design software.
• HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
• Responsive Design: Experience with designing responsive websites.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your web design work, including website layouts, UI/UX design, and graphic design.
• JavaScript & jQuery: Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
• Animation & Interaction Design: Experience in creating animations and interactive elements using tools like Adobe After Effects or similar.
