Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a fixed number of reels for Instagram & LinkedIn (we'll finalise the count together).

2. Create an equivalent set of complementary static posts, formatted correctly for both feeds.

3. Create captions, hashtags, and a suggested posting schedule, all optimised for engagement.
