Designation: Junior Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Senior Sales Executive / Business Head

Location: Vasai, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field visits, references, brokers, and online platforms
- Assist senior sales team in closing property sales
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a sales pipeline
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial/residential properties
- Maintain client database and update CRM/sales tracker
- Support documentation and coordination during the sales closure process
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers for repeat business and referral

Qualification:

- Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Any relevant field

Experience:

· 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Commercial Sales / Property Sales

Preferred Industry Exposure:

- Real Estate Developers
- Commercial Property Sales
- Property Brokerage Firms
- Real Estate Consultancy

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
