Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Junior Product Manager who’s excited to work close to the ground — with operations, engineering, and business teams — and help turn real-world problems into scalable product solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong execution mindset and a desire to grow into a full-stack PM.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with operations, engineering, and business teams to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate business and ops needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Support sprint planning, feature tracking, and release coordination
• Maintain product documentation, dashboards, and regular status updates
• Help validate features through UAT and feedback from internal stakeholders
• Learn fast, ask the right questions, and help keep the product moving
• Prepare and present project reports, MIS, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews and leadership updates.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and tracking of progress.
• Gather, analyse, and consolidate requirements and inputs from multiple departments.
• Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams to ensure clarity of objectives and timelines.
• Tracking feature progress and supporting sprint planning & releases
• Maintaining product-specific documentation and dashboards (vs only project tracking)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and structured documentation skills
• Basic understanding of product management and Agile development life cycle
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable tasks
• Hands-on with Excel/Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint, and AI tools

Nice to Have

• Exposure to logistics, last-mile delivery, EV operations, or mobility platforms
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and data analysis
• Prior startup, operations, or product coordination experience

Job Types: On Site, Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
