About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Track all custom orders, coordinate with designer, and ensure garments move smoothly through each stage of production.

2. Source fabrics, trims, and other materials from vendors and local markets based on design and production requirements.

3. Maintain accurate records of orders, measurements, fabric usage, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

4. Liaise with fabric suppliers, tailors, and other vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and completion of work.

5. Monitor timelines, flag delays or issues early, and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
