Build and deploy the CV systems that run on real factory floors — not toy demos. At Biz-Tech Analytics, our computer vision engineers own the full pipeline from model development to production deployment on edge devices and cloud. Object detection on assembly lines, activity recognition on shop floors, visual quality control that catches defects humans miss. If you’ve shipped CV models to production and know what it takes to keep them running reliably, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and deploy computer vision models for object detection, tracking, human activity analysis, and visual quality control


• Architect and optimize real-time vision pipelines for latency, accuracy, and scalability across edge devices and cloud


• Build and maintain image/video data pipelines: preprocessing, augmentation, annotation workflows, and dataset management


• Train, evaluate, and iterate on models to meet production benchmarks for accuracy, speed, and reliability


• Deploy and monitor CV models on edge hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, ARM) and cloud infrastructure


• Evaluate and integrate new CV research (ViTs, SAM, Grounding DINO, etc.) into production workflows


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI solutioning, client PoCs, and consulting projects


• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to internal ML best practices

REQUIREMENTS


• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying computer vision systems in production (not just training models)


• Strong proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV, and standard CV libraries


• Proven track record deploying CV models beyond notebooks — real inference pipelines serving real users


• Solid fundamentals: object detection, image segmentation, tracking, image processing, and model optimization


• Strong Python programming — clean, testable, production-grade code


• Experience with Docker, model serving frameworks, and basic MLOps (versioning, CI/CD, monitoring)


• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you own the outcome end-to-end


• Must work from our Delhi office — this is an in-person role

NICE TO HAVE


• Vision-based automation in manufacturing or industrial environments


• Edge deployment experience (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime)


• Generative AI workflows or multi-modal AI pipelines


• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)


• Team mentoring or technical leadership experience
