As a Junior Media Buyer at Aether Digital, your role will involve executing and managing media buying strategies across various digital platforms to optimize campaign performance. You will analyze performance data, identify trends, negotiate ad placements, and ensure optimal allocation of advertising budgets. Collaboration with the team and maintaining relationships with media vendors will be essential to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ongoing performance optimization.
Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS for improving campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Build and optimize custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Integrate campaigns with call tracking platforms like Ringba.
Utilize affiliate tracking tools such as Voluum, Everflow, and RedTrack for accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Qualifications Required:
2-5 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Previous experience in managing US-based campaigns.
Strong analytical and optimization skills.
Experience in managing paid media budgets and performance campaigns.
Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and affiliate marketing platforms.
