As a Junior Data Analyst, your role involves working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams to design data strategies that align our clients' marketing efforts with real-world business goals. You will be responsible for mining and analyzing data to optimize campaigns and provide insights that help our clients understand their target audience better. Your passion for emerging technologies and media, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making, will be crucial in this role. While familiarity with media analytics, especially digital media, is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. Previous professional experience is preferred.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Pull and organize data from various sources to generate actionable insights
    - Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Managers to develop compelling presentations and reports for clients
    - Learn efficient ways of working with data to become a proficient storyteller
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as STEM, Economics, or Marketing
    - 1-2 years of experience working with large datasets or conducting quantitative analysis
    - Proficiency in SQL Queries, Joins, and Aggregate Functions
    - Strong communication skills for professional interactions
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • *Preferred Experience:**
  • - Understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts
    - Knowledge of digital media metrics like Impressions, Clicks, CTR, and CPM
    - Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
    - Proficiency in analytics tools and relational databases like Google Analytics, SQL, and MS Access
    - Advanced Excel skills including working with macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
    - Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python
