As a Junior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for handling daily shipment coordination with couriers, overseeing basic packaging processes, tracking deliveries, and supporting dispatch operations to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment for customer orders. This role will involve hands-on warehouse and delivery work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier partners (B2C/B2B), share delivery labels and packing lists, and ensure smooth handovers
- Track shipments in real-time, resolve delays or issues, and update stakeholders on status
- Supervise packaging: verify correct packing per guidelines, labelling, barcoding, and material quantity checks before dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, labels, AWBs, and LRs; manage in-warding and stock checks
- Assist with inventory management: ensure location accuracy, conduct basic counts, and report any discrepancies
- Handle customer delivery queries (RTOs, damages, address issues) and coordinate re-dispatches
- Maintain trackers for courier performance
- Liaise with packaging/courier vendors for supplies and basic service
- Assist in other operation and admin tasks as required, managing office and storage spaces

Qualifications Required:
- Logistics & Transport Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in delivery operations, packaging processes, and dispatch activities
- Excel Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel for dispatch trackers, courier performance dashboards, and reporting
- Courier & Backend Experience: 1-2 years in B2B/D2C operations, coordinating with couriers, handling backend order processing, and resolving delivery exceptions
- Communication: Proficient in English for internal coordination, vendor calls, and documentation
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across a spectrum
- Proactive problem-solver for logistics exceptions
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Graduate in any stream; logistics/commerce preferred; adaptable to fast-paced settings
