You will be responsible for defining test plans and strategies, creating test scenarios and scripts, executing tests, certifying software products, and actively participating in product development from conceptualization to deployment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned software products and features
- Prepare and maintain test plans and strategies for each product line
- Create test scenarios and scripts for thorough feature and product testing
- Establish and maintain regression scripts to ensure consistent quality
- Conduct software testing with the objective of zero defects in production
- Collaborate with utility programs to identify and verify defects in software
- Coordinate testing efforts with the team to ensure comprehensive testing according to Quality Assurance processes
- Implement automated regression testing scripts to streamline testing processes
- Monitor program release cycles and validate deployments to prevent production errors
- Validate and troubleshoot new builds and post-production issues
- Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defects, test results, and status
- Engage with other teams for continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0.5 to 2.5 years of experience in software testing
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM environment
- Proficiency in developing automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, UFT, Coded UI, etc.
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Candidates with other graduate degrees and relevant experience will also be considered
- Previous experience or strong interest in transitioning to an SDET role

Certifications:
- ISTQB or certified software tester certifications are desirable
- Preference for J Meter and Load testing certifications
