Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Canva, who is eager to grow in the field of graphic design. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with the senior design and marketing teams to create visuals that align with our brands identity and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, websites, presentations, and internal communications.

Work with templates and brand guidelines using Canva and Photoshop.

Support the design team with revisions and updates to existing creatives.

Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.

Contribute ideas and take creative direction during team brainstorming sessions.

Organize and maintain design files and assets systematically.

• *

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and content teams to fulfill graphic requests.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva is essential.

Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.

A portfolio of sample work (can include academic or freelance projects).

Ability to take feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments quickly.

• Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Onsite presence is mandatory at our office location.
