To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with 23 years of experience in book design, with a preference for candidates with experience in publishing. You should have a strong command of typography, layout, colour, and print production, along with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, you should possess sensitivity to US/UK market aesthetics and global design trends, and the ability to balance creative excellence with tight schedules.

Experience in a publishing house is highly preferred for this position.
