Department: Designing & Studio Operations

Reporting To: Operations Head

Type: Full-time / On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with designers, tailors, clients, and vendors
• Manage studio inventory (fabrics, trims, accessories)
• Track production timelines and sample deliveries
• Schedule and manage client fittings and follow-ups
• Maintain records of orders, alterations, and deliveries
• Ensure smooth studio operations and organization

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Management or related field
• Prior experience in studio operations (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Note:

• Timings- 11.00-8.00pm
• No holidays on weekends-Fri-Sun
• Can take a week off accordingly any day between Mon- Thursday
• Need to wear saree as part of company dress code during working hours.
• Incentives and salary hike based upon performance post probation period

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
