Position Title: Junior Editor

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Editor to join our team.

• *Responsibilities**:
1. **Photo Editing**:

- Retouch and edit photos for ecommerce, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all images meet the technical and aesthetic standards of the brand.
- Work with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual style across all edited content.

2. **Content Review**:

- Review and provide feedback on rough cuts and edits, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
- Collaborate with senior editors and other team members to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.

• *Requirements**:
1. Skills and Abilities:

- Experience with photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of photo editing techniques, including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.

3. Personal Attributes:

- Creative thinker with a passion for photo editing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback.
