Job description:

PREFFRENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATE WHICH ARE FROM VALVE INDUSTRY

- Responsible for creation of 2D & 3D drawings for manufacturing and also position instruction & comments onto drawings.
- Researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective and develop it accordingly.
- Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) and Required 3D designing on solid works & Understanding of various ANSI/ ASME/ ASTM and IS codes and standards.
- Design & calculation of Industrial Valves (Ball, gate, globe, check valves etc.) using CAD software’s like Solid works, ANSYS, AutoCAD .
- Calculation for Valves as Related standards: CV calculation, Torque, Stem Diameter, Shell Thickness, Flange Thickness, Bolting Calculation etc.
- Preparing 3D modelling, Assembly, drafting, releasing drawings for procurement and machining.
- Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes.
- Modify & Revise design to correct operating or to reduce production problem.
- candidates will prefer from valves and fittings industry
