We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our global team and drive innovation in supply chain analytics. This role involves leveraging advanced analytical techniques, AI, and operations research to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions. You will play a key part in piloting, productizing, and deploying impactful data-driven use cases across our global operations.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Develop large-scale decision support tools using optimization techniques (e.g., LP, MIP, NLP).
• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor models and solutions to business needs.
• Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts for prioritized use cases across regions and functions.
• Contribute to the architecture of cloud-based supply chain systems, ensuring robust design and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts within global and local teams.

What Are We Looking For From You:

• 3+ years of experience in data science or AI software development roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java, with experience in building scalable applications.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with supply chain modelling, simulation, and forecasting methods.
• Knowledge of machine learning, stochastic processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, R, Tableau).
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, intercultural environment.
