We are looking for a Junior Creative Graphic Designer with fresh ideas, strong design fundamentals, and a passion for creating visually compelling content for digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Junior Creative Graphic Designer will support our marketing and content teams by creating engaging visual assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and branding projects. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, and digital campaigns

Assist in creating brand creatives, marketing collaterals, and presentation designs

Work closely with the content and marketing team to develop visual storytelling

Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and digital platforms

Support in creating basic video thumbnails, reels covers, and motion graphics (optional)

Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs

Stay updated with latest design trends, formats, and creative styles

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition

Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging social media creatives

Attention to detail and creativity

Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro

Understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad formats

Experience creating reels thumbnails or carousel creatives

Qualification

Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field

Portfolio showcasing creative design work
