Way for Sky is hiring **Junior Counselors / Telecallers** to join our admissions and counseling team. The role involves interacting with students and parents, providing information about aviation courses, and assisting with enrollment processes.

• *Responsibilities**
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding student inquiries.
- Explain course details and admission procedures.
- Maintain call logs and follow up with prospective students.
- Support the counseling and sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.

• *Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **English** (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil** is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
