We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Chef with knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting in meal preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and cooking of meals across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Asian, etc.)
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per standards
  • Assist in basic menu preparation and food plating
  • Handle kitchen prep work including cutting, marination, and ingredient preparation
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
  • Follow instructions and recipes accurately
  • Ensure proper storage of food items to avoid wastage

  • Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Commis / Junior Chef
  • Basic knowledge of Indian & International cuisines
  • Understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering setups
