About The Job:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Junior Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support requirement gathering, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
• The ideal candidate can translate business needs into clear functional requirements while supporting delivery teams through the full project lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and pain points.
• Conduct requirement gathering through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.
• Prepare high quality artefacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and data analysis to support decision making.
• Assist in defining and refining use cases and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
• Support testing cycles by helping write test scenarios, validating requirements, and coordinating UAT.
• Track project activities, follow up on action items, and support PMO tasks as needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands on BA experience in IT or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering methodologies and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to create process diagrams using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in fast paced, cross functional teams.

Good to Have

• Exposure to data analysis, SQL basics, or reporting tools.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies and writing user stories.
• Domain knowledge (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Telecom, IT Services, etc.).
• Certification such as ECBA, CCBA, or Agile BA (optional).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
