Job Title: Junior Accountant & Operations Assistant (Must live within 60 mins of office location)

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 / month

About the Role: We are a small, fast-paced menswear apparel manufacturing house in Kolkata. We are looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Accountant who will not only handle the books but also act as the right-hand operations assistant to our owner. You will learn a lot on the job, but you must be quick with numbers and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries, billing, and basic record-keeping (Ginesys/Excel).
• Act as an "Operations Shadow" to the owner.
• Coordinate with suppliers, track materials, and manage internal communication.
• Follow instructions diligently and proactively solve minor floor issues.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree and a solid understanding of basic accounting.
• High logical reasoning and confidence.
• Strict Commute Rule: You must live within a 45 to 60-minute commute of our office. Please do not apply if your commute is longer, as this is an in-office/factory role 6 days a week.
