Job Overview:
Jr. Officer – Sales & Marketing will support regional market development, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders in the marine and commercial fishing industry. The role involves techno-commercial sales, market analysis, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned regions across India.
• Build relationships with boat builders, shipyards, engine dealers, fishing equipment suppliers, boat owners, and government stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market surveys and assist customers with technical queries and installation support.

Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of marine industry stakeholders and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and installation support.
• Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Market research and data analysis skills (Excel and research tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
