Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated IT Sales / Business Development Executive with strong expertise in individual lead generation and end-to-end sales closure. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while building long-term client relationships and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently generate high-quality leads through direct sales channels and lead generation platforms.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable IT service solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful business deals while meeting revenue targets.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with international clients and work comfortably across flexible time zones.
• Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned leads, targets, and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Strong understanding of IT services to effectively explain and position solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong requirement-gathering and solution-discussion capabilities.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
