Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team in the solar and renewable energy industry. The candidate will support daily HR operations and assist in maintaining HR compliance and employee management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support HR compliance and company policies
• Assist in onboarding and induction process for new employees
• Maintain attendance and employee data records
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
• Support day-to-day HR administrative work

Requirements:

• Education: MBA (HR) or BBA (HR)
• Experience: Fresher can apply
• Basic knowledge of HR compliance and HR processes
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Location: Surat
