POSITION SUMMARY

The Jr. Fashion Designer Intern will work closely with the design team to support the creation of trend-forward, age-appropriate, and commercially viable kidswear collections. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate fashion student or fresh graduate to gain hands-on industry exposure across the product lifecycle — from concept research and sketching to sampling and production support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D exposure is a bonus
- Strong interest in kidswear, children’s lifestyle, and age-appropriate fashion aesthetics
- Creative mindset with good color sense, print sensibility, and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English; working knowledge of Kannada/Tamil/Hindi is an advantage

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid — 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Employment Type: Internship - Jr. Fashion Designer

Stipend: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (CTC, pro-rated)

Travel Required: Yes — Fabric fairs, vendor visits, trade shows (as required)

Reporting To: Senior Fashion Designer / Design Lead

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
