Job Description:

A Junior Accountant provides crucial support to the finance department by managing daily bookkeeping, processing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing journal entries. They assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and possess strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and journals.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage supplier bill backs

• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Assist senior accountants with preparing weekly/monthly financial reports, budgets, and tax preparation.
• Compliance: Ensure all procedures comply with financial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
