We are looking for a junior video editor to support the content creation for a growing personal brand in the coaching, mindset and relationship space.

This is a beginner-friendly role, ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation and wants to gain hands-on experience working with podcasts, YouTube videos, and social media content for a personal brand.

The editor will work on both long-form videos and short-form clips and help turn raw recordings into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes


• Create short-form videos (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts) from long-form content


• Add basic cuts, subtitles, music, and visual enhancements


• Identify interesting moments in long videos and turn them into short clips


• Maintain clean and engaging editing style suitable for social media


• Deliver edited content within agreed timelines

Requirements


• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve


• Understanding of YouTube videos, talking head content, and podcast formats


• Interest in working with personal brands, coaches, or creators


• Willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to feedback


• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends

• Passion for digital content, podcasts, and creator-led brands

Preferred (Nice to Have)


• Some hands-on experience editing videos for personal brands, coaches, or podcasts


• Familiarity with short-form content like Reels or Shorts


• Basic understanding of content repurposing from long videos
