Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• *

Scan and sort packages according to delivery zones and routes.

• *

Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• *

Assist in inventory control and stock management processes.

• *

Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

• *

Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Amazons safety protocols.

• *

Report any product damages, shortages, or operational challenges to the supervisor.

• *

Support in loading and unloading of items from trucks or delivery vehicles.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Matriculation from a recognized board.

• *

Basic reading and writing skills in English or the regional language.

• *

Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move packages (up to 20 kg).

• *

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• *

Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.

A strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

• Experience
• *

No prior experience required – freshers are welcome!

• *

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or delivery is an added advantage.

• Working Hours
• *

Full-time and part-time positions available.

• *

Shift-based work, including morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• *

Typical shift duration: 8 to 10 hours per day.
