We’re looking for a skilled Real Estate Video Editor who understands how to turn property footage into high-converting listing videos that help agents sell faster.If you’ve worked with real estate walkthroughs, drone footage, and cinematic property edits — this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Edit real estate walkthrough videos (interior + exterior)
• Sync and enhance drone + ground footage
• Add smooth transitions, speed ramps, and cinematic cuts
• Color correct for bright, clean, luxury look (NOT moody/film look)
• Add text overlays (property details, location highlights)
• Integrate music, sound design, and agent branding
• Deliver videos optimized for:
• MLS listings
• Instagram Reels / TikTok
• YouTube walkthroughs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in REAL ESTATE video editing (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
• Property showcasing (not storytelling like YouTube)
• Clean, bright color grading (real estate standard)
• Smooth camera flow (no shaky/casual edits)
• Experience with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• After Effects (for titles & motion graphics)
• Ability to deliver fast turnaround (24–48 hrs per video)

Bonus

• Knowledge of US/Australia real estate video styles
• Ability to create short-form reels from long videos
