ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a reverse recruiting agency that helps job seekers land their dream jobs. Unlike traditional recruiters who work for companies, we work for the candidates — finding suitable jobs, tailoring their resumes, and applying on their behalf.

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Reverse Recruiting Specialists for our Evening Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, attention to detail, and helping others succeed in their careers.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a sales job. You will not face sales pressure or quotas. You work during office hours performing research and administrative tasks. Your earnings come from commissions when your work directly results in client interviews and job placements — not from selling or pushing anyone.

Note: Reverse recruiting may be a new concept to you, and that's okay. We value candidates who take initiative to learn and understand what this role involves before applying.

EARNING POTENTIAL

Base salary starts modest, but high performers earn significantly more through commissions. Our top specialists consistently earn 100,000 to 200,000 PKR per month through interview and placement commissions. Your total monthly earnings depend on your performance, effort, and the quality of your work — but the earning potential is substantial for those who excel.
