We are looking for a Quality, Sourcing & Product Development Manager in India (Greater Mumbai area) to support our French partners HB Group – Contexture & Les Mouettes Vertes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as our eyes on the ground for production and quality control with partner factories in the Mumbai region.
• Ensure fabric, materials, and finished goods quality meet approved standards.
• Conduct factory visits and pre-shipment inspections with clear reporting to the French teams.
• Support sourcing and purchasing strategy to optimize suppliers and costs.
• Identify new textile innovations in India. (specially different fabric options)
• Organize sourcing visits for the design team twice a year and support product development.

Profile

• Experience in textile quality control, sourcing, or production management.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian textile industry, especially around Mumbai.
• Experience working with international clients or European brands.
• Good understanding of materials, product development, and manufacturing processes.
• Professional English required (French is a plus).
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Location: Greater Mumbai, India

Collaboration: Monthly consulting/retainer basis initially, with potential to evolve into a full-time role.

Salary: ₹50K–₹70K per month (based on the profile).
